Technical Account Manager (English & French)

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager you will be the trusted advisor for a select portfolio of strategic customers, helping them translate Avature’s powerful, configurable platform into measurable business outcomes. You will combine deep technical knowledge with commercial insight to drive retention, expansion and advocacy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success plan for each strategic customer and ensure alignment with their business goals.
• Scope, coordinate and deliver change‑request projects from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Conduct strategic alignment sessions, roadmap briefings and value reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Analyze platform usage and health metrics to identify adoption trends, risk signals and upsell opportunities.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and technical expertise to maximize customer investment.
• Partner with the Renewals team to secure seamless contract execution.
• Continuously update knowledge of new platform features, AI capabilities and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link technical solutions to business objectives.
• Independent, self‑motivated and capable of leading complex projects.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Able to explain technical concepts in clear, business‑oriented language.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical users and senior executives.
