Technical Project Manager

About the role

Acclaim is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven customer experience solutions for regulated industries. You will guide projects from scoping and planning through technical handover and production sign‑off, ensuring client trust and successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt the Acclaim platform to meet specific customer requirements and monitor expectations.
• Plan releases, manage feature dependencies, and oversee the product lifecycle for client‑requested features.
• Estimate development effort, coordinate team roles, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Provide transparent status updates to clients and manage project scope, resources, and budget.
• Maintain high‑quality standards through thorough testing and set/track key product metrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in B2B AI SaaS, preferably in BigTech or AI startups.
• Customer‑first, data‑driven mindset with strong ownership and results orientation.
• Ability to analyse data, define metrics, and communicate technical details to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
