Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our network of recruitment professionals in Spain. The role offers full autonomy to manage end‑to‑end hiring for technology, engineering and business functions while benefiting from a collaborative, global talent pool.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for roles in software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership.
• Translate technical job requirements into effective sourcing strategies and candidate outreach.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, experience and motivation.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build and nurture long‑term talent pipelines across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve hiring efficiency and placement success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within competitive tech markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously and develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software development, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity and data engineering.
