Technical Support Advisor (German Speaking)

About the role

A leading outsourcing and BPO consultancy, recruited by David Kennedy Recruitment, is looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Advisor to join its teams in Barcelona. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users by phone and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide accurate, timely solutions
• Educate customers on product usage, updates and best practices
• Create and manage support tickets so cases are tracked and resolved properly
• Collaborate with internal teams on complex or escalated cases
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
• Take ownership of each case and move it to resolution or escalation

Required profile

• Native or near-native level of German
• Advanced level of English
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Good customer service skills and the ability to understand customer needs
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a customer service environment
