Vulnerability Analyst

About the role

ING Hubs Spain is seeking a Vulnerability Analyst to join its Global Vulnerability Management team. The role supports ING entities worldwide by discovering, assessing, and reporting security vulnerabilities across a diverse technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability scans on multiple platforms and technologies.
• Automate and optimise scanning processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyse scan results, validate findings and assess technical and business impact.
• Produce clear reports and dashboards that translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Provide security guidance and collaborate with IT, infrastructure, cloud and application teams for remediation.
• Contribute to the evolution of vulnerability management tools, processes and documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities and security best practices.

Required profile

• Operational familiarity with at least one of: Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Cisco iOS, Oracle, SQL.
• Strong interest in IT security and cybersecurity with a desire to keep learning.
• Analytical thinking, high responsibility and customer‑focus.
• Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
