About the role

Huawei’s Young Talent Programs offer recent graduates and final‑year students the chance to start their careers in a global technology leader. Participants can join either the Fresh Graduate Program (up to 1 year of experience) or the Internship Program, working on projects in Digital Power, Cloud & Enterprise, or Support Functions at the Madrid campus.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineering and business teams on real‑world projects related to sustainable energy, telecommunications, cloud services, or corporate support.
• Conduct data analysis, testing, and documentation under the guidance of senior mentors.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams to develop and validate solutions for Huawei’s customers.
• Participate in training sessions and innovation workshops.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate (≤1 year of experience).
• Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
