Account Manager (2027 Graduates, Greek-Speaking)

About the role

Gartner is hiring an Account Manager for its Barcelona office, a sales role focused on contract value retention and growth through contract expansion by introducing new products and services. The territory covers mid-sized clients in Greece with annual revenues of $50 million to $750 million. The position is open to native-level Italian speakers and requires living within commuting distance of Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner with C-level and senior executives across the assigned territory of mid-sized organizations.
• Manage and renew member research contracts.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (business and/or management backgrounds are seen as particularly successful).
• Must be a 2026 or 2027 graduate to apply.
• Preferred: experience in a professional setting with evidence of prior sales or target-focused success.
• Excellent communication skills to present to top executives, and proven drive, executive presence and sales acumen.
