Account Manager – Remote (Spain) – Cybersecurity SaaS

About the role

RedCarbon is looking for a proactive Account Manager to drive growth in its Spanish market. You will act as the commercial hub for international clients, combining relationship management with a deep understanding of AI‑powered cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
• Identify, negotiate and close up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand account revenue.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and influence the AI cybersecurity roadmap.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update customer data in the internal CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer success or B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts; experience with SOC, SIEM or enterprise IT security is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, able to engage technical and C‑level stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, “hungry” mindset suited to fast‑paced startup environments.
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
