AI Builder, Emerging Talent - Spanish Market

About the role

Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for its Spanish market, as part of a second-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort. You will be embedded with customer-facing teams, designing, developing and deploying Agentic solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The role starts in January and suits recent graduates who want to build real customer impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies, using the Agentforce platform and AI/LLM technologies.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls and the overall architecture.
• Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug and deploy scalable production systems in JavaScript, Python and Apex.
• Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Test, iterate and deploy your work, owning it from day one.

Required profile

• 2025-2026 Bachelor's or Master's graduate in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time to work alongside customers.

Required skills

• React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python and OOP.
• Ability to hold your own with sales teams and customers.
