About the role
MUFG is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Programme in Madrid, within Global Corporate and Investment Banking. The programme is rotational: you complete three rotations across three areas to choose your specialism, and applications are open until 8 November 2026.
What to expect
- The 18-month programme starts on 19 July 2027 with 5 weeks of entry training at EMEA headquarters in London.
- A comprehensive training curriculum builds understanding of products, clients and business strategy.
- You will learn from experienced professionals, work alongside peers and receive support from a buddy and mentor.
- After entry training, analysts return to Madrid to complete the rest of the programme and on-desk rotations.
Required profile
- Final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months.
- Strong interest in financial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high motivation and integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Innovative, able to generate creative ideas.
