Application Consultant - Radiation Oncology (Spain)

About the role

Brainlab, a Munich-based health technology company, is looking for an Application Consultant for its Radiotherapy business in Spain. You will support existing customers and the Sales force in the region, improve the usability of installed Brainlab products and pursue expansion opportunities with strategic partners. Training takes place at the Munich headquarters and on the job, and you work from home while travelling to customers in Spain and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Clinical education and support for high-end radiotherapy treatments
• Understand clinical workflows and cooperate on product development and improvement
• Visit existing customers to increase routine use of Brainlab products
• Deliver customer training on radiotherapy products
• Support the sales team with detailed onsite and offsite product presentations
• Provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments
• Work with strategic partners on mid- and long-term strategies aligned with Brainlab's corporate strategy
• Attend national and international meetings and symposia
• Handle telephone contact, plan and follow up customer visits, and give technical consultation

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technician or equivalent
• Experience in Radiation Therapy, RT treatment planning or a related area; clinical experience with Brainlab RT products is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English
• Good sales and business affinity is a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently (more than 80% of the time)
