Assistant Restaurant Manager – Summer Season

About the role

COYA Ibiza is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the dining floor during the high‑energy summer season of 2026. You will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering the brand’s luxury hospitality standards while ensuring smooth operations in a fast‑paced, entertainment‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staff scheduling and service delivery.
• Oversee a team of front‑of‑house staff, providing coaching, performance feedback and motivation.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, handling guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service during live music and event periods.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and support wine list management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar management role within a luxury or high‑end restaurant.
• Previous experience working in seasonal or tourism‑driven venues.
• Strong people‑management abilities and a proven track record of leading teams.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
