Assistant Waiter (Ayudante de Camarero/a)

About the role

Join Barceló Group as an Assistant Waiter at the Playa Blanca resort. You will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering excellent service to guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in welcoming guests and help them settle at their tables when needed.
• Support the direct service of drinks and meals to customers.
• Participate in the preparation, setup, and breakdown of dining areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the service zone and equipment.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería).
• Mandatory HACCP (food safety) training.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Team‑oriented, stress‑tolerant, agile, and well‑presented.
• Strong customer orientation and good social skills.
