Associate Managing Consultant – Marketing Advisory

About the role

Mastercard Services is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team in Marketing. The role blends traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s proprietary data assets to deliver strategic insights for large, regional, and global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver project deliverables across multiple workstreams, presenting findings to clients.
• Design and implement strategies and programs that leverage data and technology solutions to create client value.
• Manage relationships with both external clients and internal senior stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and structure team activities, guiding junior members in analysis and storytelling.
• Lead client and internal meetings, co‑lead project management, and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or product marketing strategy.
