ATM & Cash Devices Operations Specialist

About the role

The ATM & Cash Devices Operations Specialist will shape the strategy and oversee the day‑to‑day management of the ATM and cash‑device network for a Caribbean banking group. This one‑year temporary assignment combines strategic planning, financial analysis, and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ATM & Cash Devices strategy, policies, and management tools.
• Lead network planning exercises to optimise device placement and profitability.
• Plan, direct and coordinate projects, ensuring they meet schedule, scope and budget.
• Provide financial analysis for new deployments, expansions, rationalisations and pricing decisions.
• Manage relationships with off‑site landlords and device‑support vendors, reviewing contracts and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to set performance benchmarks and conduct trend analysis across the Caribbean.
• Plan device replacement and redeployment based on age, wear, performance and security considerations.
• Maintain inventory maps and support prioritisation of deployments with market stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in business, finance, banking or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in the financial services industry, including four years in strategy or product roles and two years in project management.
• Strong understanding of the financial sector and a growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration abilities.
