About the role

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant with an accounting focus to join our young team in Barcelona. You will support accounting firms in Belgium and the Netherlands by handling concrete administrative tasks related to invoicing, financial transactions and VAT audits.

Key responsibilities

Enter purchase and sales invoices into the accounting system.
Process financial transactions and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
Assist with VAT audits and related documentation.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to accounting teams.

Required profile

Fluent reading and speaking in Flemish or Dutch.
Strong affinity for accounting or administrative work.
Meticulous, detail‑oriented and organized.
Knowledge of Belgian accounting standards is a plus.
