Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst at admgroup’s adm Indicia unit, you will bridge business needs with data and technology solutions. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams and occasionally clients to gather requirements, map processes and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own analytical initiatives from discovery through delivery, identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document clear business requirements aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile and Waterfall methods to produce user stories, epics, BRDs and functional specifications.
• Lead workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Map and analyse existing processes, recommend data‑driven improvements and create future‑state documentation.
• Support solution design, estimation, UAT, defect management and stakeholder communication.
• Perform data analysis with BI tools and Excel to uncover trends, insights and key performance drivers.
• Contribute to standardising processes, metrics and ways of working across clients and business functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, analytics, technology or business transformation environments.
• Strong background in gathering, analysing and documenting requirements for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to map business processes and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management with confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
• Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work through ambiguity.
