Business Development Representative – French Speaker

About the role

Join Dassault Systèmes as a Business Development Representative in Barcelona, focusing on French‑speaking prospects. You will work within a multidisciplinary taskforce to identify, qualify, and hand over new opportunities to senior sales experts.

Key responsibilities

• Engage new prospects and customers to understand their needs, objectives, challenges and opportunities.
• Qualify leads using digital sales tools such as social selling, videoconferencing and email.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to a Sales Expert for further development.
• Conduct remote sales activities primarily by phone.
• Collaborate with industry consultants, customer success, marketing and sales operations teams.

Required profile

• Previous business development experience, preferably in software or engineering.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Customer‑focused, proactive self‑starter with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Team player who values collaboration and can adapt to challenges.
