Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to own reporting, analytics and insight generation for a growing European business. The role is fully remote and focuses on transforming complex data into actionable dashboards, forecasts and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, managing the full reporting lifecycle.
• Develop and operate scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, including lakehouses, warehouses and semantic models.
• Integrate and analyse data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP systems, delivering unified business views.
• Produce regular business insight reports, executive presentations and forecasting models to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
