About the role

PG Golf & Sports Academy is looking for a full‑time Cafeteria Assistant to join its on‑site food service team at the PG Atalaya location in Benahavis, Spain. The role involves preparing and serving meals, keeping the service area clean, and delivering friendly service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food items according to menu specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
• Assist with basic cooking duties and food preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Apply food safety and hygiene standards consistently.

Required profile

• Proficiency in food preparation and cooking.
• Experience in food service and adherence to hygiene protocols.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team‑player mindset.
• Basic understanding of Spanish or English is preferred.
