About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Staff member to join the team at Hotel Occidental Ibiza. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and order of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and organise cleaning materials, products and equipment.
- Clean and arrange guest rooms and common areas, making beds, ventilating rooms, replenishing linens, toiletries and minibar items.
- Inspect rooms and facilities for any defects and report them.
- Attend to guest requests, handle lost‑and‑found items and address complaints according to protocol.
- Collect used linens and send them to laundry, and complete required housekeeping reports.
Required profile
- Education: compulsory secondary education (ESO).
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping position is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, motivation and responsibility.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
