Corporate Communications & PR Specialist

About the role

Codeway is expanding its new headquarters in Barcelona and seeks a Corporate Communications & PR Specialist to shape how the company is perceived by the industry, press, partners, and employees. You will translate strategic direction into clear communication, align a 400‑plus person organization around a unified story, and lead the communication of major company moments.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the corporate narrative, ensuring consistent brand perception across all touchpoints.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for flagship events, leadership sessions, and company‑wide milestones.
• Define internal communication standards, including structure, messaging, and channel strategy for announcements and leadership days.
• Lead major campaigns from audience definition and narrative creation to KPI tracking and results analysis.
• Build and maintain press and partner networks to amplify Codeway’s visibility.
• Raise communication standards across the organization in collaboration with the communications team.

Required profile

• Proven experience shaping corporate narratives for fast‑growing technology companies.
• Ability to design and implement communication strategies for high‑impact events and milestones.
• Experience establishing internal communication frameworks for large, distributed teams.
• Track record managing end‑to‑end campaigns, from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Strong network building skills with media, partners, and industry stakeholders.
