Danish-speaking Travel Customer Service Advisor – Barcelona (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international travel team in Barcelona. The role is hybrid, combining remote work with days in our modern office, and focuses on assisting Danish travellers with bookings, changes and enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑class support to Danish customers via phone, email and chat.
• Handle bookings, reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations and general travel queries.
• Deliver accurate information on travel products, policies and procedures.
• Resolve issues or escalate complex cases while ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service quality.
• Stay updated on travel trends, product offerings and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Fluent in Danish (C1 or native) and proficient in English (B2 or higher).
• Previous customer service or call‑centre experience, preferably in travel, hospitality or tourism.
• Strong communication, active listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work empathetically under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Eligibility to work in Spain (EU passport or valid visa).
