Data Operations and Business Intelligence Manager

About the role

Stanley Black & Decker is looking for a Data Operations and Business Intelligence Manager based in Barcelona, Spain, on a permanent basis with a hybrid work model. The role leads the data operations and business intelligence function and oversees the management and improvement of key business platforms used by sales, marketing and management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the data operations and business intelligence function.
• Oversee the management, optimization and continuous improvement of platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Power BI, SBD 360, product data systems, Nexmart, Home Index, Innoscape, Leroy Merlin platforms and external market data sources.
• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance and usability across commercial and business information systems.
• Drive the development, maintenance and enhancement of Power BI reports, dashboards and business performance analysis tools.
• Translate business needs into data, reporting and system solutions supporting sales, marketing and management decisions.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams so systems and data structures align with business priorities.
• Identify improvements to processes, reporting and the use of business data, and lead, coach and develop the team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners and strengthen data visibility and business insight.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar managerial role in data operations, business intelligence, commercial systems or business support functions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong business acumen with a clear commercial and marketing orientation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data management, reporting environments and business information systems.
• Ability to turn business needs into practical reporting and system solutions.
