Digital Advertising Specialist (German)

About the role

MediaMint is looking for a Digital Advertising Specialist fluent in German to join its Malaga office. The role combines strategic account management with hands‑on operational support for client advertising campaigns, acting as the main bridge between clients and the Ad Operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3–4 German‑speaking client partners, conduct weekly check‑ins and provide proactive recommendations to drive retention and growth.
• Coordinate campaign workflows, submit tickets, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables using Slack, Salesforce and internal trackers.
• Oversee Direct IO, Programmatic and Self‑Serve (Ads Manager) campaign processes from setup to reporting.
• Analyze performance data, translate metrics into actionable insights and produce clear reporting narratives aligned with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams to convey client feedback and help standardise workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge‑sharing resources and internal documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Operations or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities, with a track record of handling complex workflows and shifting priorities.
• Experience in digital advertising environments (Direct IO, Programmatic or Self‑Serve) is a plus.
