Digital Marketing Graduate

About the role

Rakuten TV, a streaming platform available in 42 European countries, is looking for a Digital Marketing Graduate in Barcelona. The role supports the day-to-day execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across Social Media, Email Marketing and Website, turning campaign content and assets into channel-ready executions. It works closely with the Marketing Content Lead and Marketing Manager and suits a curious, proactive, digitally savvy person who enjoys using AI to work more efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Social media: run campaigns following the strategy, messaging and content calendar, adapt copy and creative to each channel, prepare and schedule content, and monitor published posts.
• Email marketing: build and run campaigns, adapt copy, images, links and CTAs, set up audience targeting and segmentation, QA campaigns before launch and support calendar management.
• Website: publish and update campaign content on CMS platforms such as WordPress, adapt assets and copy, and perform basic QA.
• AI and digital tools: use AI tools such as Claude to speed up content creation, repurposing, QA and research, and explore AI-powered workflows.
• Campaign collaboration: deliver on the content calendar and brief, work with the Marketing Content Lead and stakeholders, and support templates and standardised processes.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for marketing and digital content.
• Fast learner, proactive and hands-on, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage several tasks and deadlines while working with multiple tools and stakeholders.
• Good communication skills and comfort with new technologies and AI-first ways of working.

Required skills

• Familiarity with or willingness to learn CMS and marketing platforms such as WordPress, Cheetah and Salesforce Account Engagement.
• Basic HTML knowledge is a nice-to-have.
