eDiscovery Project Coordinator (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

The eDiscovery Project Coordinator will join TransPerfect Legal Solutions' E‑Discovery Project Management team in Barcelona. Working closely with Project Managers, you will support client communications, task tracking and quality assurance while developing the skills to become a Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage client communications in real time, coordinating with internal departments such as Digital Forensics, Data Processing and Hosting Support.
• Assist the team in proactively tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.
• Participate in a structured training curriculum, learning eDiscovery workflows and analytical tools on the job.
• Collaborate with teammates through in‑person meetings, messaging apps and video conferences to secure necessary resources.
• Perform quality checks on project outputs and help resolve issues before they reach the client.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish speaker.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong conflict‑resolution and creative‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
