English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our Valencia office. In this full-time, on-site position you will interact with customers across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering professional and empathetic support throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via multiple channels, providing personalized assistance.
• Listen to and understand customer concerns, offering appropriate solutions.
• Identify customer needs and suggest process improvements internally.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to satisfaction, quality and productivity.
• Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring impactful experiences.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening and empathy skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
