About the role
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance and safety operations at Newton College. The role ensures that the school environment remains safe, clean, and functional for students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules, procedures, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external contractors for large‑scale repairs and projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all school facilities.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or a related field.
Required skills
- Facilities management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
