Field Marketing Manager (Senior) – Barcelona

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Field Marketing Manager (Senior) to join its high‑growth team in Barcelona. You will shape demand generation, events, digital marketing and sales enablement for life‑sciences SaaS solutions, working closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field marketing plans with stakeholders, defining goals, strategy, content, tactics and KPIs.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in‑person events, including the annual Veeva Summit, from logistics to reporting.
• Create integrated campaigns using email (Marketo), social, digital ads and sales‑enablement assets.
• Collaborate with product marketing, creative, content, communications and digital teams to support customers and prospects.
• Manage outreach programs on LinkedIn and media publications, and own weekly/monthly performance reporting.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience (5+ years for senior level).
• Self‑directed with ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and projects.
• Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to produce content for LinkedIn and other social media channels.
• Growth‑mindset and strong team player.
