Field Sales Representative - Networking

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), part of Arrow Electronics, is looking for a Field Sales Representative for its Networking portfolio to join the sales team in Alcobendas, Spain. You will build and maintain customer relationships and identify future opportunities within the networking business, working in an assigned account base.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the business in the assigned account base, expand market share and maximize Arrow's share of customer spend.
• Define critical markets in the territory and use sales methodologies to build key relationships for solution selling.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts responsible for design opportunities and existing business challenges.
• Develop strategic account plans for the assigned accounts.
• Keep up to date on competitors and the marketplace, and manage account issues and complaints.
• Prioritize time on the largest growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of similar experience, with a can-do attitude, focused and determined.
• Proven experience in business development or account management.
• Degree-level education with experience in a related business.
• Availability for occasional business travel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is an asset.
