Finance Process Excellence Manager

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Finance Process Excellence Manager in Barcelona. You will design, standardize and optimize core finance processes across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Invoice-to-Pay (I2P), Record-to-Report (R2R) and Master Data Management, lead a team of 5-7 people and prepare processes for automation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish process standards, best practices and governance frameworks across the finance organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and build improvement roadmaps aligned with the Finance Transformation strategy.
• Lead a high-performing team focused on ownership, innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee the master data management strategy (customers, vendors, chart of accounts).
• Drive continuous improvement, measure and report on process KPIs such as touchless ratio, cost, quality and headcount impact.
• Prepare processes for automation by spotting RPA and AI opportunities and documenting them.

Required profile

• 5-7 years of experience in finance process management, operational improvement or business transformation (Big 4, consulting, corporate finance or similar).
• Direct management experience with 3+ team members and a track record of developing talent.
• Hands-on experience redesigning or optimizing P2P, R2R, O2C or similar finance processes.
• Experience with lean/six sigma or other continuous improvement frameworks.
