Front Office Receptionist (Fixed‑term)

About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join Hotel Sir Victor in Barcelona. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a smooth and memorable stay by delivering attentive service and handling all aspects of the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Provide timely, accurate customer service and address guest complaints or special requests.
• Coordinate communication between guests and internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant).
• Inform guests about hotel services, breakfast, dining options, and promote amenities.
• Follow up on guest concerns to guarantee resolution and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work well within a team.
