Head of Acquisition

About the role

COCUNAT, a brand building a new generation of clinical beauty with high-performance products, disruptive branding and a digital-first mindset, is looking for a Head of Acquisition to lead customer acquisition and accelerate growth across international markets. The role sits in the Growth team and builds a more diversified and scalable acquisition structure across Meta, Google Ads, SEO, Affiliates and Content Influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead the multi-channel acquisition strategy across Spain, France, Italy, Germany and the US, defining channel mix and budgets based on CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC and business goals.
• Diversify acquisition beyond Meta and identify new growth and scalability opportunities.
• Lead the strategy and optimisation of Meta Ads and Google Ads, managing campaigns and budgets with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.
• Work closely with creative teams on performance-driven messaging and creatives, and turn data analysis into actionable decisions.
• Monitor key acquisition KPIs, build business-oriented reporting and ensure reliable attribution and tracking.
• Lead and develop the acquisition team and foster a data-first, ownership-driven, high-performance culture.
• Promote the adoption of AI tools and new technologies to improve productivity.

Required profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth or Digital Acquisition, ideally in ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with high budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO, Affiliates and Influencer-driven acquisition.
• Analytical, business-oriented mindset and experience leading or coordinating teams.
• Fluent Spanish and a high level of English.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness or multi-market consumer brands is highly valued.
