About the role
Air Liquide Healthcare Iberia, a global leader in medical gases, is looking for a nurse to join its team in Castilla y León and provide quality home care for patients. The role is central to patient well-being and involves coordinating home visits, educating patients on prescribed therapy and following up with the hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage home visits with patients and their families
- Instruct and educate patients on the use of equipment and prescribed therapy
- Provide personalised attention to resolve questions and issues
- Follow up on therapy and coordinate with the hospital for an excellent service
Required profile
- Degree in Nursing
- Registered nurse (colegiado/a)
- Category B driving licence

- Permanent contract from day one
- Full-time or part-time schedule
- Annual gross pay between 38,000 and 40,000 euros
