Hotel Receptionist – Playa Blanca Resort

About the role

Join Barceló Group as a Receptionist at the Playa Blanca resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, pleasant stay, and friendly farewell.

Key responsibilities

• Manage check‑in and welcome procedures for arriving guests.
• Handle check‑out and departure processes.
• Provide in‑person and telephone customer service throughout the stay.
• Perform concierge duties and manage luggage storage.
• Review and verify reservations.
• Conduct night‑audit tasks.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Head of Reception.

Required profile

• Degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Marketing or a related field, with specific training in tourism quality.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience in the hotel sector.
• High level of English; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of office software, hospitality operations, CRM tools and ISO standards is valued.
