About the role
Kapres Technology is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager specialized in logistics WMS. The role requires high‑level French and English, serves an international logistics client, and is 100 % remote from Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Lead WMS implementation projects and manage project teams.
- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, perform gap analysis and drive process improvement.
- Oversee stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, and ensure delivery within time and budget.
- Utilize Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall methodologies, and tools such as Jira, MS Planner, and Smartsheet.
Required profile
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT project/program management within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver projects in both Agile and waterfall settings.
- Fluency in French and English at a professional level.
- Experience working remotely and coordinating distributed teams.
