About the role

Kapres Technology is seeking an IT Project/Program Manager specialized in logistics WMS. The role requires high‑level French and English, serves an international logistics client, and is 100 % remote from Spain.

Key responsibilities

Lead WMS implementation projects and manage project teams.
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, perform gap analysis and drive process improvement.
Oversee stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, and ensure delivery within time and budget.
Utilize Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall methodologies, and tools such as Jira, MS Planner, and Smartsheet.

Required profile

5–7+ years of experience in IT project/program management within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
Proven ability to manage customer relationships and deliver projects in both Agile and waterfall settings.
Fluency in French and English at a professional level.
Experience working remotely and coordinating distributed teams.
