About the role
HCLTech is seeking an IT Risk Analyst to help strengthen its brand in Spain. The analyst will work closely with multiple departments to embed a risk‑aware culture and ensure robust IT security and risk controls across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively advise colleagues on IT risk matters and develop simple, strong risk policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a risk‑aware culture.
- Report on IT‑risk themes to governing bodies, providing an integrated risk view.
- Drive implementation of IT Risk & Security controls and design technical security solutions.
- Leverage new technologies and innovative ways of working to enhance risk management.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and based in Spain.
- Extensive experience in both IT Security and IT Risk.
- Track record of consulting or advisory work in security and risk.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT or CRISC are highly desired.
