Junior Project Manager - Training Contract

About the role

Insud Pharma is looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to join its Madrid team on a training contract. You will support the development and commercialization of generic drugs, working closely with cross‑functional teams across R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, patents and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines.
• Prepare reports, presentations and updates for senior management.
• Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and help develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation, cost evaluations and communication logs.

Required profile

• Graduated within the last three years with no prior similar training contract.
• 0–2 years of experience or academic projects related to project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in pharmaceutical project management and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
