About the role

Insud Pharma is looking for a proactive Junior Project Manager to join its Madrid team on a training contract. You will support the development and commercialization of generic drugs, working closely with cross‑functional teams across R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, patents and sales.

Key responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project milestones and budgets.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic guidelines.
Prepare reports, presentations and updates for senior management.
Track project progress, identify risks or delays, and help develop mitigation plans.
Maintain project documentation, cost evaluations and communication logs.

Required profile

Graduated within the last three years with no prior similar training contract.
0–2 years of experience or academic projects related to project management.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Interest in pharmaceutical project management and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
