Junior Salesforce Developer

About the role

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company and the #1 Salesforce Partner in Spain, is expanding its technical team and looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer. You will work in an agile, cross-functional engineering team on end-to-end Salesforce implementations with hands-on mentorship from senior developers and solution architects. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Write clean, maintainable code, implement robust unit tests and take part in CI/CD release cycles.
• Integrate Salesforce with external enterprise platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate in international, Agile/Scrum environments.
• Pursue a structured continuous learning plan to achieve key certifications (Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I and more).

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent university degree.
• Advanced English (C1 preferred, solid B2+ minimum), able to hold technical discussions and collaborate in cross-border meetings.
• One of two profiles: up to 1 year of hands-on Salesforce experience (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC/Aura), or a re-skilled software engineer with a solid foundation in Java, C# or Python or full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript, plus recent Salesforce training (e.g. Administrator or Platform Developer I certification).
• Nice to have: interest in Enterprise AI (Agentic AI, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Agentforce, Einstein Studio); familiarity with Git, automated testing and CI/CD tools; understanding of design patterns, clean code and relational databases.
