L2 Helpdesk Support – IT Support Specialist

About the role

APWireless is looking for an L2 Helpdesk Support professional to keep its Madrid office and remote teams connected, productive, and secure. You will be the first line of defense for technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations across a multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application, OS, networking, and hardware support to local and remote staff via the ticketing system.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, iOS/Android devices, and manage user accounts with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer device lifecycle using Intune and Autopilot, and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams Voice).
• Maintain audio/video equipment, meeting‑room setups, and contribute to IT policy development.
• Manage asset inventory, produce audit reports, and collaborate with other departments on evolving IT needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a corporate IT support role.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• C1 level proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
