Landside Multicarrier Agent - Inland Services

About the role

Maersk is looking for a Landside Multicarrier Agent to join its team in Madrid. You will own and manage the end-to-end inland customer experience, making sure inland services are executed smoothly, compliantly and efficiently. You will be the main point of contact for customers, vendors and internal stakeholders, working independently while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries about inland services and resolve them promptly
• Deliver value-added solutions using strong business and process knowledge
• Proactively identify risks and prevent errors, keeping a customer-centric approach
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation on time
• Support customer retention and growth through cross-selling and up-selling
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and operational guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with customers, vendors and internal teams, including regular calls
• Work with the Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen customer relationships
• Support reporting and carry out other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager

Required profile

• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain operations
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
• High customer focus and ability to deliver excellent service
• Ability to stay organized and accurate under pressure
• Team-oriented, with a sense of urgency and ownership
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Good command of English, written and spoken
