Marketing & Process Specialist Trainee

About the role

Join Ferrero Ibérica’s Marketing team in Barcelona as a Marketing & Process Specialist Trainee. You will support strategic projects for the Kinder Masterbrand, Tablets and Bites, gaining hands‑on experience in marketing operations, digital content creation, and project management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including purchase management and back‑office coordination.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist with budget tracking and monthly reporting.
• Act as project manager for transversal Kinder initiatives, driving digital projects and maintaining brand websites.
• Collaborate with agencies to create engaging content and support promotional campaigns.
• Manage consumer databases and analyse performance metrics using Nielsen and IRI.
• Assist in developing packaging briefs, overseeing design approvals, and supporting brand‑related documentation.

Required profile

• Motivated student with strong analytical mindset and passion for marketing and digital innovation.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Nielsen and IRI.
