The Tucson Unified School District is seeking a certified Computer Science teacher for Valencia Middle School starting in the 2026‑2027 school year. The role involves creating an engaging learning environment, delivering curriculum-aligned instruction, and supporting diverse student populations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet Arizona Computer Science standards.
• Deliver instruction to middle‑grade students, assess performance, and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Valid Arizona teaching certificate with a Computer Science approved area (Elementary, Secondary, Middle Grades, or Subject Matter Expert 6‑12).
• Current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Proof of measles and rubella immunity or MMR vaccination before start date.
