- Manage a network of external stakeholders, including government entities, public authorities, operational units and technology partners, and ensure their deliverables meet technical specifications and flight-safety regulations.
- Ensure matured technologies move smoothly from the R&T program into core R&D product programs, with knowledge integrated in the Engineering Centres of Competence.
- Manage project schedules and deliverables for external funding audits, and coordinate with the public funding bodies.
- Work under the guidance of the Head of IP to protect knowledge and intellectual property generated during design, development and testing.
Required profile

- Strong experience leading high-value technological projects, including budgets, schedules, risk-sharing frameworks and documentation for public-private funding audits.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams autonomously, with a strategic vision and ownership mindset.
- Fluent Spanish (native) and English (negotiation level).
- Availability to travel sporadically at national and European level.
Required skills
- Advanced background in SoS engineering, air-ground multi-asset interoperability, mission systems architecture, tactical connectivity and sensor fusion.
