Multilingual Account Manager – IT/DE/FR

About the role

Finom is looking for a proactive Account Manager who can speak Italian, German and French to manage a portfolio of high‑value SME clients across Europe. You will act as the commercial owner of each account, driving expansion revenue and reducing churn through strategic engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of high‑value SME accounts across multiple European markets.
• Proactively engage clients with outreach, quarterly business reviews and regular check‑ins.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Finom’s product suite (plans, card spend, invoicing, credit).
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and become the trusted point of contact.
• Use account data and usage signals to prioritize outreach and anticipate client needs.
• Monitor health indicators and intervene early to prevent churn.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian, German and French.
• Experience managing B2B SaaS or fintech accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into action.
