Night Auditor – Full‑Time Hotel Role

About the role

The Night Auditor will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial and accounting activities during the overnight shift at W Ibiza, a luxury beachfront hotel. This position combines accounting duties with cash handling and safety responsibilities, supporting seamless hotel operations while guests rest.

Key responsibilities

• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using the hotel’s accounting system.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents in accordance with cash‑handling procedures.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all financial files and records, respecting document‑retention and confidentiality rules.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings to ensure complete and accurate nightly balances.
• Follow all company safety and security policies, reporting accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and manage time effectively.
• Good organizational skills for handling files, records, and reports.
• Understanding of cash‑handling policies and ability to secure cash assets.
• Awareness of safety and security procedures within a hospitality environment.
