Night Shift Amadeus Travel Agent

About the role

Exoticca is looking for a Night Shift Amadeus Travel Agent to join its Flight Operations team in Barcelona. You will support travel operations by handling flight changes, cancellations and refunds while ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process flight changes, cancellation requests and refunds using Amadeus.
• Manage, escalate and follow‑up GDS issues and cases.
• Handle negotiated rates and advanced refunds within the GDS.
• Coordinate pre‑ and post‑booking requests with land suppliers.
• Work on rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication; additional languages (French/Spanish) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights/GDS.
• Proven experience negotiating fares and commissions in a GDS environment.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Minimum 2 years of customer‑support experience in the travel industry.
• Adaptability to fast‑growing environments and problem‑solving attitude.
